Osage walk through
One of the bedrooms- needs to be repainted
Bathrooms were cleaned
Family Room- needs to be repainted
"couch mark" Mark across wall consistant with a couch.
Blinds for most part are clean.
Tenants stated that Gardner never takes care of back yard as agreed upon.
Floor Cleaned
tenat damage to wooden bullnose around tile in kitchen.
Kitchen appliances had been cleaned.
Tenant replaced stove pans
Tenat stated our workers came and fixed plumbing "removed broken disposal" but never put back the cabnit that they removed.
Floor was cleaned,
Fireplace was cleaned
No damage noticed to carpet, vacumed but not steamed.
